The Belvidere Municipal Court has jurisdiction over all matters, including offenses and issues provided by state law, and all other matters that are not inconsistent with state law.
The Belvidere Municipal Court holds court for Belvidere, Harmony, Liberty, Franklin and Frelinghuysen. Court is held the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Thursdays of the month starting at 9am. Please check your court notice for times.
